FAQs
Registration & Classes
-
All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds or transfers, so please choose the classes and series that work best for you. If you need to change your series, we will work with you to find a series of equal value or apply your series to a more expensive one
Can’t make it? Life happens! We don’t offer refunds for missed sessions, but we’ll do our best to help you join another session of the same class type when possible
Enrollments: If a series has fewer than four participants, we may need to cancel or reschedule. We’ll always work with you first to move you into another series of the same class or a different option that works, or provide a full refund if needed
Holidays: If a holiday falls during a series, we’ll extend or adjust sessions so you get the full number of classes you signed up for
-
Most of our classes run as a series, which means you pre-register and pay for the full session in advance. Series meet once a week for a set number of weeks, depending on the class. Some series can be joined partway through if there’s space available.
You’ll have a choice to register for either a Series or Series Plus:
Series includes your weekly class, lounge time before and after, access to our digital community, and exclusive Heybrook Pass deals.
Series Plus includes everything in Series plus unlimited drop-ins (like Open Play, Tiny Tunes, and Sleep Support) and access to special events throughout the season.
We also offer a few drop-in sessions that run weekly. These are included with Series Plus or can be purchased individually at the drop-in rate.
-
Series includes your class series, plus:
15 minutes before and after class to enjoy the lounge
Access to our private digital community
Exclusive deals through The Heybrook Pass
Series Plus includes everything in Series, plus even more ways to connect and play with:
Unlimited drop-in sessions like Tiny Tunes, Open Play, and Sleep Support
Access to special events throughout the season
-
Each child needs their own registration for a class or series. We understand this can add up, so we offer 20% off the second child to make it easier for families and nanny-shares to participate together.
-
The 2-Week Starter Pass is only available for brand new clients. It gives you unlimited access to drop-in classes, events, and open play for 14 days.
You have two ways to use it:
Register for a series and we’ll give you a Starter Pass for free while you wait for your series to begin.
Purchase the Starter Pass for $39 to try us out and see if you’d like to register for a series afterward.
The pass activates on the date of purchase and expires 14 days later.

As soon as you feel ready. We've found that the earlier families come by—the more supported and connected they feel from the very beginning.
To make your visit as easy and comfortable as possible, we have bassinets, bouncers, and freshly laundered blankets available, so you and your little one can settle in with ease.
Not quite ready to leave the house? You’re welcome to join our Newborn Essentials Class. It is completely virtual and a great way to start receiving support from Day 1.
-
We typically serve parents and caregivers from pregnancy through about 2.5 years old. That said, it’s not a hard and fast limit—we want to make sure people know what to expect and feel good about their fit here. If you're curious, we encourage you to come try us out and see if it feels right for you and your little one.Item description

Absolutely! Anyone involved in your child’s care is welcome to attend. Bringing a partner, grandparent, or caregiver can help share the parenting load and give everyone a chance to connect with the class content.
What to Know Before Class
-
Life happens! If you can’t make it to one of your sessions, no problem — just let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to register you for that same session in a future series, as long as space is available. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions.
-
Yes! If you’re registered in a Series Plus, you can enjoy drop-in sessions at any Clubhouse location.
-
To spend time in the space outside of your class, you’ll need to book a drop-in session such as Open Play, Tiny Tunes, or Sleep Support. These sessions are free for Series Plus members or available at the drop-in rate for everyone else.
If you’re attending a Series class, you’re welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes early to relax and enjoy the lounge before class begins.
-
Just bring yourself, your little one, and the basics you’d usually pack—like diapers, a change of clothes, and snacks.
We have extra diapers and wipes available if you need them, and snacks for purchase on site. We've got you covered!
-
We don’t allow shoes in the space to help keep it clean and safe for little ones. Socks or slippers are totally optional—you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like!
-
You’re welcome to bring your stroller! We have a designated stroller parking area right inside—just roll it in and park it there when you arrive.
-
While you wait for your series to begin, there are a few great ways to get started:
Join our digital community to start connecting with other parents.
Attend drop-in sessions like Open Play, Tiny Tunes, or Sleep Support.
If you’re a new client, you can try a 2-week Starter Pass for unlimited classes.
Otherwise, you can purchase drop-in sessions individually while waiting for your series to start.
-
We get it—babies don’t always follow our schedules! If class has already started, just knock, and we’ll let you in
-
Feeling sick? Please stay home if you or your child are unwell or showing contagious symptoms. This helps keep our community safe, especially the little ones
Rescheduling for illness: We’ll do our best to help you make up missed sessions whenever possible
