Monthly Plans

    • All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not monitor your accounts for non-use

    • Series & Workshops are not included with monthly plans or the New Client Special

    • Activates on the date of purchase and expires after 14 days

    • Unlimited drop-ins for classes, events and open0plan

    • After 2 weeks, you will be auto-enrolled into the 4 Pack Monthly Plan and will be billed $99/mo unless you cancel before conversion or upgrade

    • To cancel before conversion, navigate to the member portal (My Profile > Passes and Membership) or email support@theheybrook.com at least one day prior to the end of your two week pass

    • To upgrade, support@theheybrook.com at least one day prior to the end of your two week pass

    • Includes 4 drop-ins per month that can be used for classes, events and open play.

    • Unused classes roll-over monthly until membership is canceled

    • You will be billed $99/month until you cancel your membership

    • To cancel, email support@theheybrook.com at least 7 days prior to the end of your Billing Cycle. We are not able to offer refunds or account changes with notification 7 days or less prior to a monthly charge

    • Includes unlimited drop-ins that can be used for classes, events or open play

    • This is a month to month plan and you will be billed $179 monthly until you cancel

    • To cancel, email support@theheybrook.com at least 7 days prior to the end of your Billing Cycle. We are not able to offer refunds or account changes with notification 7 days or less prior to a monthly charge

    • Includes unlimited drop-ins that can be used for classes, events or open play

    • This is a 6 month commitment and you will be billed $139 monthly for 6 months (You can pause your plan for up to one month)

    • After 6 months, you will auto-enroll into another 6 month term unless you cancel

  • Your plan includes your whole family—partners, grandparents, and caregivers are all welcome. One pass covers everyone involved in caring for your child

Classes and Clubhouse

  • As soon as you feel ready. We've found that the earlier families come by—even just to relax in our lounge or join our Newborn Parent Foundations Group—the more supported and connected they feel from the very beginning.

    To make your visit as easy and comfortable as possible, we have bassinets, bouncers, and freshly laundered blankets available, so you and your little one can settle in with ease.

    Not quite ready to leave the house? You’re welcome to join our Foundations groups virtually—a great way to start receiving support from Day 1.

  • Yes, all plans (including free trials!) give you access to all locations. So, check out the schedule at any location convenient to you!

    Doing drop-ins? Same thing. Just book whatever session, wherever you want to go that day!

  • We typically serve parents and caregivers from pregnancy through about 2.5 years old. That said, it’s not a hard and fast limit—we want to make sure people know what to expect and feel good about their fit here. If you're curious, we encourage you to come try us out and see if it feels right for you and your little one.Item description

  • No, you don’t need to book Clubhouse access if you’re already booked for a class—it's included.

    If you want to come to the Clubhouse without attending a class, then yes, you’ll need to book it separately. You can either drop in for $35 or use one of your sessions if you have a plan.

  • Yes, you can absolutely just come to hang out! You don’t have to book a class—but you do need to book Clubhouse access. You can either drop in for $35 or use one of your sessions if you have a plan.

  • Just bring yourself, your little one, and the basics you’d usually pack—like diapers, a change of clothes, and snacks.

    We have extra diapers and wipes available if you need them, and snacks for purchase on site. We've got you covered!

  • We don’t allow shoes in the space to help keep it clean and safe for little ones. Socks or slippers are totally optional—you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like!

  • You’re welcome to bring your stroller! We have a designated stroller parking area right inside—just roll it in and park it there when you arrive.

  • To join the session from the webportal: navigate to your profile in top nav> my schedule > Click on join session 

    To join the session from the achieve app, click on my schedule in bottom nav> click on "Join Session"
