After dealing with postpartum depression, I started my business to be a resource and tool to focus on parent wellness. I offer a variety of holistic and integrative services to support their nervous system through: coaching, energy work, movement, perinatal helper in-home help, and meal prep. I'm here for those who feel anxious, isolated, and try to juggle all the things, so they can find calm, connection, and be productive in healthy ways. I especially enjoy working with those experiencing the 'baby blues' and perinatal mood & anxiety disorder (PMADs)

I'm a registered nurse with a passion for fitness. Despite teaching Zumba for many years, pursuing personal fitness, experience coaching boot camp and cycling, obtaining my TRX and personal training certifications while pregnant, and later my Zumbini and Zumba Kids + Kids Junior licenses - my motherhood journey has brought something incredibly important to my attention. Women/moms are not receiving the education guidance they deserve in the medical and fitness industry AND focusing on fitness alone, is not sufficient in providing the multifactorial support that moms need. I am a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and am on a mission to close the gap between the messaging we receive and what we actually need.

I've always had a passion for yoga, as it was the movement modality that suited and enriched me the most. Yoga was most impactful for me after I had my first child, bringing me strength, compassion for myself, and much joy. For those reasons, I decided to enroll in a 200-hour teacher training to enrich my own practice and better myself even further. Through training, I found a deeper level of my passion for yoga, wanting to bring the same joy and experience to others. In addition to my completed 200-hour Vinyasa training, I have recently received my certification in Prenatal/Postpartum Care yoga and am working towards a training Children's yoga. My passion lies within caring for and creating space for moms of all stages of life in the studio. I now have two beautiful sons, one who is turning 3 this summer, and a newborn.
