Our private event space is available for $150/hour (2-hour minimum)—designed to be clean, comfortable, and easy to use so you can focus on your event, not the logistics.

What’s included:

  • Private rental (2-hour minimum, with the option to add more time)

  • Extra time built in: 15 minutes for setup + 15 minutes for cleanup

  • Tables, chairs, and AV equipment (TV, projector, Bluetooth speakers)

  • Flexible layout to fit your event needs

  • Access to our studio room and lounge with cozy seating

  • Kid-friendly play corner with engaging toys

  • Kitchenette with complimentary coffee & tea

  • Easy, on-site parking and stroller-friendly access

  • Capacity for up to 50 guests (Eastside) or 75 guests (Seattle)

How to Book

  1. Submit your event request: Share your preferred date, time, and a few details about your event.

  2. We’ll confirm availability: Our team will review your request and follow up with availability and any clarifying questions.

  3. Finalize your booking: Once confirmed, we’ll lock in your reservation and share everything you need to prepare.
