Private Event Rentals

Need a space for a team meeting, networking event, or small professional gathering? Our private event room is available to rent by the hour, offering a comfortable, stylish, and functional setting.

Each rental includes 15 minutes of setup and cleanup time, with tables, chairs, and AV equipment included to make planning effortless. The space features flexible layouts and an inviting atmosphere that supports collaboration, connection, and productivity.

Perfect for team meetings, workshops, networking events, or small group sessions, our private room provides a clean, thoughtfully designed environment where your event can run smoothly.

This includes:

  • Choose between 2 hours of private rental of our modern, inviting space (adding extra time is optional!)

  • 15 extra minutes of setup time & 15 minutes of takedown time to keep things stress-free (on top of the workshop duration)

  • A/V Equipment including blue tooth speakers, tv monitor and projector

  • Full access to our studio room

  • Access to our lounge with cozy seating for a welcoming atmosphere

  • A dedicated kid-friendly play corner, stocked with engaging toys

  • Kitchenette access with complimentary coffee and tea for you and your guests

  • Convenient on-site parking and stroller-friendly access

  • Up to 50 Guests (Eastside) or 1oo guests (Seattle)

  3. Click "Add" Next to Private Event and Click Next– No commitment yet, you're just browsing!

  4. Select "Date and Time" – View available time slots at a glance

  5. If you’re ready to book, Click “Request Appointment” - Create a quick profile if prompted. Your booking is not final until we confirm

  6. Wait for Confirmation - If the date is available, we will confirm your booking, complete the purchase and notify you via email.
