Dads Group: Connection, Confidence & Conversation

A space just for dads—because your experience in parenthood matters too. This weekly, in-person class brings together dads of all ages (babies welcome!) for connection, reflection, and real conversations about fatherhood.

Each week follows a flexible curriculum exploring meaningful topics like balancing work and family, strengthening relationships, building confidence as a parent, and managing the changes that come with fatherhood. You’ll gain insight, support, and tools to help you feel more grounded and connected in your role—without pressure or judgment.

This group is a space for community. You’ll meet other dads who get what you’re going through, share ideas and experiences, and walk away with a stronger sense of confidence and camaraderie.

How it works:

• Pay one monthly price; your registration automatically rolls over to the next month until you decide to stop
