Class Description
This 4-week series is designed for caregivers and babies (ages 4–12 months) who want to intentionally build the emotional foundation that supports connection, communication, and trust—now and as their child grows.
Each session introduces practical, research-backed tools rooted in infant mental health and respectful parenting. You’ll learn how to:
Reflect and validate your baby’s feelings
Offer age-appropriate choices that support autonomy and confidence
Support emotional expression in safe, healthy ways
Set kind, consistent limits that build security and trust
Through guided play, music, and shared routines, you’ll learn how everyday interactions—play, transitions, moments of frustration, and repair—become powerful opportunities for connection. These skills support secure attachment, emotional regulation, and a strong caregiver-child relationship from the very beginning.
While the content is geared toward babies, all caregivers and young children are welcome. The tools you practice in this class are not stage-specific—they are foundational skills that grow with your child and support your relationship for years to come.
