Purposeful Play 2-5 Mos:

Sensory Play for Connection, Communication & Emotional Foundations

The early months of your baby’s life are about so much more than tummy time and milestones — they’re when trust, emotional security, and communication begin to take shape.

This 4-week sensory-based series is designed to intentionally support your baby’s development while deepening the connection between caregiver and child. Through guided sensory play, baby sign language, music, and intentional interaction, you’ll learn how everyday moments become powerful building blocks for emotional health, confidence, and secure attachment.

Rooted in infant mental health and respectful parenting principles, each session introduces simple, practical tools you can use immediately at home to support your baby’s emotional world and your growing relationship.

You’ll learn how to:

• Recognize, reflect, and validate your baby’s early emotions and cues
• Build connection through responsive play and communication
• Introduce simple signs to support early language and reduce frustration
• Foster a sense of safety, trust, and emotional security
• Create routines and interactions that strengthen attachment

Every activity is thoughtfully designed to support key developmental milestones while nurturing connection — helping your baby feel seen, understood, and safe as they grow.

While the class is sensory-rich and fun, its true purpose is foundational: supporting emotional regulation, communication, and strong caregiver-child bonds from the very beginning. These early skills shape how children relate, learn, and navigate emotions for years to come.
