We offer two packages, and both include the same great foundation. The Themed Celebration adds full styling and décor on top.

Included in both Celebration and Themed packages:

• 3-hour private rental of The Heybrook

• Coffee, kitchenette use, and baby gear

Themed Celebration

• A welcome sign near the venue entrance

• A themed focal backdrop with a selection of arches, props, greenery, balloons, or other décor to suit your theme

• A photo seat within the backdrop: a styled highchair for first birthdays, a coordinating child's seat for other children's birthdays (when age appropriate), or a coordinating chair for the guest of honor at baby showers

• Decorative accents throughout the space

• Styled linens, décor, and place settings for up to 24 seated guests

• Coordinating disposable plates, dessert plates, napkins, cups, and cutlery for up to 50 total guests

• A cake stand and a small selection of coordinating serving platters

Specific décor, props, sign designs, and serving pieces vary by theme. Food, drinks, and cake are not included in either package.

Are toys included?

Yes! All parties include access to our kid-friendly play corner with toys.

Each package is a three hour rental. People generally use the first 30 min to set up and the last 30 min to take down.

If you need additional time beyond that, you can book additional time for $150/hour (which can be booked in 30 min intervals).

Yes, but all vendors must be pre-approved by Heybrook. We don’t allow vendors who provide services similar to those we offer, and we review all other requests to ensure they’re a good fit for our space and community.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own caterer at no extra fee, but they must follow our catering guidelines, including cleaning and leaving the space in the same condition as they found it.

We have two dining tables that accommodate 8- 12 guests.

We can also set-up two additional folding tables and chairs to accommodate an additional 8-12 guests.

Parties are offered during dedicated time slots:

• Weekends: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm or 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

• Weeknights (Mon–Fri): 5:00–8:00 PM (save 20%)

The Heybrook offers a beautifully designed venue with thoughtful amenities that create an enjoyable experience for both kids and adults. Unlike traditional play spaces that can feel chaotic and solely focused on children, our space allows adults to relax, connect, and actually have conversations—without constantly chasing after little ones. Plus, we provide so many built-in amenities that planning your event is stress-free, with no need for external vendors (unless you want to bring them in for a personal touch!). It’s a seamless, elevated, and fun way to celebrate.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.

If cancellation occurs within 10 days of your event, the full rental fee will be forfeited.

Need to reschedule? You can move your event to another available date for a $150 rebooking fee (if more than 10 days out) or $250 (if within 10 days of your event).
