Walk into a fully styled, photo-ready party. Everything is set up for you—from decor to play—so you can simply show up and enjoy a beautiful, stress-free celebration.

This package includes:

  • 2-hour private rental of our modern, inviting space

  • 30 min setup + 30 min cleanup (3 hours total)

  • Private use of the space (just for you and your guests, up to 50)

  • Soft play setup for little ones

  • 3 Folding tables + 20 chairs

  • Dedicated staff support for setup and cleanup

Plus full themed styling:

  • Photo-ready backdrop / focal wall

  • Kids chairs + props for photos

  • Coordinated decor details throughout the spaces

  • We have two convenient options that are great for your event!

    • Seattle– Located in the heart of the Wedgwood neighborhood

    • Eastside – Conveniently situated on the Kirkland/Bellevue border off of 520 and 405

  • All packages include a 2-hour private rental (plus setup/cleanup time), access to our lounge, studio, and play areas, plus amenities like coffee, kitchenette use, baby gear, and free parking.

    From there, packages build on each other:

    • Celebration adds soft play, tables + chairs, extra setup time, and staff support

    • Themed Celebration includes full styling and decor for a photo-ready experience

  • We offer a curated selection of themes, including:

    • Wild ONE / TWO Wild (Wildflower)

  • Our party packages start at $450 for a private rental.

    • Classic Party: $450

    • Celebration Party: $650

    • Themed Celebration: $1,050–$1,150

  • Are toys included?

    Yes! All parties include access to our kid-friendly play corner with toys.

    If you’d like a full soft play setup, that’s included in our Celebration Package or Themed Package.

    All party add-ons are subject to availability, so we recommend inquiring early to ensure your preferred options are available for your celebration

  • Additional time may be added to your booking at $150 per hour, pending availability.

    Please reach out to us to confirm if extra time can be accommodated on your desired date.

  • Each package includes dedicated setup time, with more time included in our Celebration package.

    If you need additional time beyond that, you can book additional time.

  • Yes, but all vendors must be pre-approved by Heybrook. We don’t allow vendors who provide services similar to those we offer, and we review all other requests to ensure they’re a good fit for our space and community.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own caterer at no extra fee, but they must follow our catering guidelines, including cleaning and leaving the space in the same condition as they found it.

  • Folding tables and chairs are included in our Celebration and Theme packages.

    For Classic, they can be added on for $75.

  • The Heybrook offers a beautifully designed venue with thoughtful amenities that create an enjoyable experience for both kids and adults. Unlike traditional play spaces that can feel chaotic and solely focused on children, our space allows adults to relax, connect, and actually have conversations—without constantly chasing after little ones. Plus, we provide so many built-in amenities that planning your event is stress-free, with no need for external vendors (unless you want to bring them in for a personal touch!). It’s a seamless, elevated, and fun way to celebrate.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.

    If cancellation occurs within 10 days of your event, the full rental fee will be forfeited.

    Need to reschedule? You can move your event to another available date for a $150 rebooking fee (if more than 10 days out) or $250 (if within 10 days of your event).

The TWO Fast themed celebration at the Heybrook was everything we hoped for and more. Walking in to a fully styled setup took so much stress off our plate—I’m so glad I didn’t have to do all the work as a busy parent. We could actually enjoy the party instead of managing it. The decor was so fun and beautifully done, everything looked amazing in photos, and the kids were completely engaged. It made celebrating our little one feel really special.
