Arrival
Parking: Parking is free in the lot in front of the building. You and your guests can park in any available spots in the lot (even the ones across from our building that say reserved)
Time: Includes 15 minutes of set-up time prior to your event start.
Access: Text or call 564-225-2394 when you arrive and we will buzz you in
Lights
Lounge: The lights are to the right of the front door right when you walk in
Studio Room: The lights are inside the room near the door to the outside
A/V Equipment and Music
Bluetooth Speakers: There are two separate bluetooth speaker systems, one in lounge and one in studio room. To have music in both, you will need to connect two different devices. (Note: Both systems are called “Pyle in wall” so you may need to try both to get the right one
Lounge: The control is right by the front desk. Turn knob to turn on. Then, pair bluetooth by connecting to “Pyle in Wall.” You can control volume on your phone or by turning knob
Studio Room: The control is right by the light switch near the door to the outside. Turn knob to turn on. Then, pair bluetooth by connecting to “Pyle in Wall.” You can control volume on your phone or by turning knob
Projector: The projector is kept in the closet inside the studio room inside the cabinet to the right. In order to use the projector you will need a laptop that has an output cable that can connect to a VGA, USB, or HDMI input. You can set the projector up on one of the tables and use one of the white walls as the backdrop.
Set-up:
Press and hold power button on top to turn on
Plug in your input cable
click the S (source) button on the projector
Use the arrows navigate to your input of choice
Click OK once selected.
Use the Focus and Keystone dials on the projector lens to make a clear picture with minimal distortion.
Put- Away
To turn off, hold power button for a few seconds.
Retract lens using the Focus dial
Replace the lens cover in the lens eye port
Repack projector and cords as seen here
Food and Drink
Outside Food – You are welcome to bring in outside food. If you plan to use a caterer, please review the rental agreement for required insurance.
Alcohol: You may bring in alcohol, but a banquet permit is required for your event. Click here to learn more and get your permit,
Equipment: Available on-site: refrigerator with freezer, water cooler (hot and cold), coffee machine, and microwave
Furniture
Lounge Furniture – Living room–style furniture is available in the lounge. You may rearrange it during your event, but please return it to its original placement before leaving.
Folding Chairs & Tables – We provide 20 folding chairs and 4 folding tables (6 ft x 4 ft).
Highchairs – Two highchairs are available for guest use.
House Rules:
We kindly ask that you follow these house rules. Failure to do so may result in additional charges
Shoes – Please remove your shoes when entering the space.
Decorations – Do not use wires, tacks, nails, or glue to hang decorations. Only use decorating tape that will not cause damage. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving marks.
Messy Materials – Glitter, rice, and confetti are not permitted.
Candles – No candles are allowed, except briefly for birthday cakes.
Smoking & Vaping – Prohibited inside. If needed, please smoke or vape at least 30 feet from any entrance.
Access – Stay within the areas you’ve rented. The back offices and retail area are off-limits.
Retail Items – Please do not touch merchandise in the retail section or items on the front desk.
Refrigerator/Freezer – Remove any food you placed inside before leaving.
Respect the Space – Be kind and leave the property as you found it.

Departure
Time– Includes 15 minutes of take-down after your event.
Furniture - Please return all furniture to its original placement and fold up any tables and chairs you used
Food - Please clean up / throw away any food you brought with you. Vacuum and broom are located in studio room closet if any debris is on the ground
Trash - Please bag up all trash and take it out to dumpster in parking lot (to the right towards kitchen and market)
Lights - Turn off lights before you leave
